A foundational ritual within the Wellness Warrior Collective.
The Daily Self Love Practice began in front of a mirror — one simple moment of reflection that sparked a global movement.
What started as a private practice of speaking gratitude, pride, desire, and love aloud became a shared experience of connection and healing. During the isolation of COVID, a voice-based app gave us a way to gather, be witnessed, and remind one another that light still lives within.
From that spark, the Daily Self Love Circle was born — and today, it remains at the heart of the Wellness Warrior Collective.
A Practice for Every Warrior
The Daily Self Love Practice is woven throughout everything we do.
It’s more than journaling — it’s a daily return to truth. It reminds us that self-love isn’t ego or indulgence, but awareness, compassion, and divine stewardship.
Each weekday morning, we gather live in the Daily Self Love Circle —
Monday through Friday at 7:50 AM EST —
to pause, reflect, and realign together.
We still practice as a collective every Friday, and throughout the week, our host Lindsaya offers guided prompts that help each Warrior see, speak, and honor the light within.
All are welcome — whether you connect through faith, spirit, or a simple desire to live more grounded and whole. This practice meets you where you are and gently invites you to return home to yourself.

- Pride – Acknowledge something you’re proud of — a decision, effort, or small act of courage.
- Grateful – Recognize something you’re thankful for about yourself or your journey.
- Desire – Speak a desire as though it’s already true, activating alignment and faith.
- Love – Name one thing you love about yourself — a holy reminder of worth.
- Lighthouse – Claim your Lighthouse: a word, phrase, or sentence to guide you back when life pulls you off course.
