A Walking Warriors Spring Challenge
April 1 – April 25
This April, the Wellness Warrior Collective is celebrating something special.
On April 25, Sarah of A&E Yoga turns 50 — and instead of celebrating for just one day, she’s choosing to celebrate the entire month by moving with community.
So she invited the Warriors to join her in a simple, powerful commitment:

• Move however works best for your life

How to Join the Walking Warriors Challenge
Joining the challenge is simple.
- Simply click the button to join the Walking Warriors community
- We’ll send you the link to download the free walking app
- Join the Walking Warriors leaderboard and start tracking your steps
Your steps can automatically sync through your phone or wearable device, allowing you to walk alongside fellow Warriors virtually every day.
Inside the app you can:
• Track your daily steps
• Cheer on other Warriors
• Participate in group chat
• Celebrate milestones together
The goal is movement and community, not competition.
Walk whenever it fits your life — morning, afternoon, evening, solo, or with friends.
The Celebration Walk
To close the challenge, Michigan Warriors will gather for a special community walk.

Afterward, we’ll gather for coffee or tea — optional, but highly encouraged ☕
It’s the perfect way to celebrate Sarah’s birthday and the commitment we made together.
Not Local to Michigan?
You can absolutely still join.
Walking Warriors are everywhere.

• Inviting friends or family to walk with you
