Wellness Warrior Collective Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below for detailed information on returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy for Print-On-Demand Items

Most of our products are print-on-demand and therefore non-returnable. However, we understand that things happen, and if you have concerns, please inquire within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will evaluate your request.

2. Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

We also do not accept returns on sale items. For any questions regarding your item, please reach out to us.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
