1. Ground Delivery within the Continental United States
We provide ground delivery services for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, shipping times will vary based on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen factors like weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
2. Print-on-Demand Items Delivery Time
For items that are custom-made or printed on demand, such as apparel, accessories, and other merchandise, please allow 7-14 days for production and delivery. These items are crafted especially for you after your order is placed, and our standard process includes the time necessary for high-quality production and shipping.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to monitor your delivery’s progress. 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some of our carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure smooth shipping.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we are not offering international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our delivery options to accommodate more locations in the future.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
8. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Once processed, you will receive tracking information via email.
