Hydration shapes energy, clarity, digestion, and daily resilience. The Water Warrior Challenge is a guided, community-based experience designed to help you drink cleaner, more supportive water with consistency—whether you already have access to healing water technology or you’re upgrading your everyday water at home.

You’re invited to join us inside the free Wellness Warriors community.

What You’ll Experience Over 21 Days

This challenge is built for real life—simple, supportive, and rooted in education.

  • Daily community prompts + hydration accountability
  • Step-by-step education on water quality and “healing water” technology
  • Guidance for improving your current water source at home
  • Local access support where available
  • Weekly reflection threads to integrate what you’re learning

Who This Challenge Is For

You’ll feel at home here if you want to:

  • Build a consistent hydration rhythm
  • Learn the differences between common water sources
  • Explore healing water technology with discernment and clarity
  • Upgrade your water quality in a way that feels realistic
  • Hydrate alongside a community that values truth and wellness

Healing Water Technology, Explained With Clarity

During the Water Warrior Challenge, you’ll learn the difference between:

  • Water source (tap, bottled, spring, filtered)
  • Filtration (removing common contaminants and improving taste/odor)
  • Mineral support (hydration that feels steady and balanced)
  • Water vitality (freshness, storage, movement, and practical ways to elevate your experience)
  • Hydrogen/activation technologies (shared as education, with transparency around what’s established vs emerging)

This education is designed to be accessible whether you are new to water research or already deep in it.

Water Access: How Pickup Locations Work

You are welcome in this challenge with any starting point.

Group Experts + Pickup Locations

Our Water Warrior Challenge is led by Group Experts who serve as community guides and, when feasible, local pickup locations for participants.

Michigan-based access points include:

  • Caitlyn — White Lake
  • Emily — Farmington
  • Lindsaya — Redford
  • Jenn — Tawas
  • Alicia — Milford
  • Kate — Milford
  • Colette — New Hudson

Local Sources When Available

If a Group Expert is not near you, our team will make a sincere effort to help locate local access options when available, alongside guidance for upgrading your home water.

Alternative Water Options

You’ll receive practical recommendations for:

  • Cleaner water choices where you live
  • Filtration approaches that fit different households
  • Storage and container upgrades (glass/stainless)
  • Mineral-supportive hydration strategies

The goal is progress, clarity, and consistency.
